DON'T EVER COME HERE! This is by far the WORST place ever to eat in Miami, everyone there including myself complained that the food forever to come. The service was HORRIBLE, i ordered fried shrimp and that took almost an hour to come and my brother order fettucino same time as well nearly an hour. They gave me the dish but NO sauce in which they said they would give to me right after, it was a LIE i waited another 10 minutes still no sauce! Biggest scamming place ever. I had to eat the fried shrimp with no sauce and no taste, then they kept asking me if I want to give more tips to them like are you kidding me??? HORRIBLE, BAD, WORST PLACE, DON'T GO! Everything was way overpriced than any other restaurant, we kept saying no we don't want to order more, the waiter kept coming over "what else are you ordering?" because they want to sell more overpriced food to us.

Waiter upsell us, making believe a pizza and a dish enough to share was an individual size. Once the order was taken, the wait was enormous. Their wood fired pizza is flavorless and scarce ingredients. Overpriced food and drink, while quality and service are cheap. There is an automatic charge of a 20% service fee on the bill. An Italian speaking waiter (he made believe he was), argued the 20% fee is a restaurant charge an you have to tip separate. Stay away from him and this place. Worst Italian food and restaurant ever been to. Better have a fast food hamburger than waste time and money at this place ... 🤬🤬🤬

Good quick service. We sat outside it was nice. This is the only restaurant in Miami Beach that had good service and good food they seemed to care.

The prices are a TAD high but u are in SoBe so it’s expected. I loved my food and I’m Italian so people should relax with the bad reviews. Also our waitress was very nice.

We went on wednesday night. 25% discount! It was realy good. The waiter was very kind and funny. We took an appetizer and a maincourse. Brushetta, proscutto tomato and carpaccio was good. The spaghetti meatballs too. Pizza salmon is good but not enought salmon. The price: good with the discount.Dont forget you have 4% extra taxes because youre in Sobe.Service is included also. We loved it! We ll go back again!

This food was definitely well priced for the quality! it was a calm and warm enviornment with music to ease your mind. Ofcourse this is lincoln road so expect to sit back and just observe, well at least i enjoy spectating. It is really hot so they do give you the option of sitting inside as well. The service was great too. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful server, Jonathan, who took great care of us. He personally made the "frosé" posted below, and helped me with my Maine lobster! Prices were decent for the food quality, which was satisfying but not overly delicious. Great spot and great service though!

We were there last night. Food was good but when the bill came the waiter said that if we wanted to leave a tip for him it had to be separated from the bill. We asked why should we leave a separate tip if it was already included and he said the owner keeps a percentage and then the rest is pooled between the staff so very little is left for him. My daughter questioned him since she works in the restaurant industry and knows the business but he insisted that this was the way it was done in this restaurant. We feel we were taking advantage of. Awful!!!

Horrible custumer service.We were asked if we would like anything to drink and we simply said water. Before we even realized, the waitress poured mineral water into our cups and we had to lay $8.When the bill came we had a 7% tax plus 2% resort fee. Then they make you pay 20% for service. When we asked the waitress if it was possible to change it to 15% she became nasty. She asked if we didn't like her service and it just went downhill from there. When we asked to speak with the manager, he was even worse.He claimed that the service is not only for the waitress, but for other things as well. That we have to pay for her tax amongst additional expenses.We just had the worst experience at this restaurant and will never go back.

Excellent appetizers and food, welcoming staff, great atmosphere and our waiter Tony I. was the best! Not only was the service amazing but he was so personable, attentive and funny. Such a memorable dinner there! Awesome experience all around! Started with the prosciutto and melon app, we both went for steaks (New York and filet mignon) which were perfectly done and the tiramisu for dessert was mouth watering! Go. You'll love it!

Worst. place. ever. Mark up there prices 25% then claim they have a 25% discount , don't fall for it , it's all full price , my rum and coke was 17$ USD , they say 2 for 1 drinks but there really the most expensive drinks on the strip , 20% service tip, resort tax and then regular tax , FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS . Delicious place. One of the best steaks I have had in a while. Pasta tastes very authentic and delicious. Viel was great. Definitely recommend. Service a little overrated.

Excellent food!! I had came with a party of 8 and we were all very happy with our food. The service there was one of the best service I had. Our waiter there was George Lima, he was really helpful and a funny guy, couldn’t ask for a better service. Excellent food and a very outstanding staff and management couldn’t ask for a better place to go. Thank you George for your great service. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

A bad experience ever. Let's say that food was good, but the service was really bad. We wait more than have an hour for the appetizer , they didn't have a variety of beers. After dinner we asked for a dessert, a vanilla ice cream, and at this time we also had to wait around 20 minutes. When the waiter came with the bill , we were checking it because we realized that it was higher than we expected, and the waiter said that bottle of water costs 8 dollars, we thought that they brought it from Alaska . WE left very upset and suddenly we realized that they didn't give us our credit card and came back , but they said that the didn't have it , definitely they lost it .

Barolo Cucina Italinia is the best authentic Italian food I've ever had, ever. Besides my Italian dad's, and that's saying something. I highly recommend. And Jorge, our waiter, had so much personality and made us feel welcome and comfortable!

Terrible service, we were given a promotion that the waiter explained was buy one drink and get the second free, and when we got our check he said oh it’s per person so we weren’t able to use it. We asked about this before ordering and were deceived by him and the manager who refused to listen to us

Nice and cozy spot in the Lincoln mall . The service was great and friendly , food was delicious and we didnt wait for a long time to get our entree’s. I made some substitution in my meal and got everything the way I asked for! Also they have a nice wine list . Vegetarian and vegan options.

$5 for taking a bite off of your partner’s plate. This should say it all. I normally don’t rate restaurants. The pathetic service and insane overcharging by this restaurant for things that we did not order have forced me to do so. If I could give it a negative rating, I would. Servers were rude and hopeless. The host was not understanding at all. The host agreed that they committed a mistake but advised to me to “make sure to not get overcharged/looted at the next restaurant I visit”. I would sincerely recommend to NOT visit here.

I. Mean yea it's a bit pricy but your in South Beach if your not looking to spend a bit your in the wrong place. Anyway the food is supurb I did get the filet mignon and my God it was the most tender flavorful and best piece of steak I have ever had before so for the 43$ price tag it was worth it. Also had the bruschetta caprese and also very good. My girl had the lobster bisque and the gnoicchi and was very very satisfied. Plus our server I didn't catch his name was amazing real gentalman and a true hard worker. Anyway I know 20 percent is included in the bill but it's worth it to me.

We did not enjoy the pasta and thought they overcharged for the poor quality they served. I would not go there again.

Expensive. Two steak specials for 19.99 ea.was really good. But two Pepsi's for 10.00 and two mixed drinks for 24.00 plus tip brought us to 96.00. They give you a coupon not good for specials or it's for two drinks for 50 percent off. The catch is it's good for only one person. Each person must order two drinks for the discount. Read the fine print!!!

The owners of this restaurant were outside hustling to get us in.... already a bad sign. We settled on this place because we were so hungry. The description for the attached entree said grilled chicken and corn ... like a southwest salad. The chicken wasn't grilled. It was boiled? and was shredded. The corn was canned and had the lingering taste of the metal can. Sub par for Miami Beach. Service sub par for a night that wasn't busy. We were the only people sitting inside and couldn't track the server down. There are so many better places to go on south beach.

Be skeptical of the Local Guides Reviews on this place and read the reviews of real patrons for the best information. From the beginning, the waiter kept trying to upsell us, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. Once the order was taken, the wait was 35 min for a simple single pizza. The place wasn't even crowded either. Their wood fired pizza is atrocious, the quality of the ingredients were terrible (unripe avocado, corn from a can with a tinny taste, and I suspect chicken from can). Their price for food and drink is premium, while the quality and service are not. On top of that, they automatically charge you a 20% service fee on the bill. My brother was scammed by the waiter with a nose stud, who told him he sees no part the fee so the tip had to be separate. Stay away from him and this place. Spend your hard earned money on a better restaurant.

Location is only good thing. Way overpriced and just not at all worth it. Very pricey even with the “discount” card they hand out.

Tourist trap, trying to attract you with happy hours deals. Once seated the deal dissapears. Beside of that they sold a 8$ water bottle to a 7 year-old kid. Also they add 20% service to the bill. Avoid this place!!!

I seating here just for drink not for dinner and try few drinks. Very nice place with nice stuff and nice ambient
